Viewing reasons for removal
This activity allows you to view the reasons for removal that are already defined in the system. Tell me more
Select the “View Reasons For Removal” link under the “Common Master” business component.
The “View Reasons For Removal” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Reason # |
The number to identify the reason for removal (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the reasons that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve reasons for removal irrespective of the reason number. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the reasons for removal as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the reasons for removal whose status is similar to the value specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve reasons for removal irrespective of their status. The system sets the field blank by default. |
Reason Description |
The textual description of the reasons for removal (Alphanumeric, 255). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all reasons for removal that is similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve reasons for removal irrespective of the description. |
Reason Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the reason category. The system lists all the values that are defined for the “Reason Category” attribute in the “Maintain Discrepancy /CR Attributes” activity of the “Common Masters” business component. The system retrieves all the reasons for removal whose category is similar to the value specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve reasons for removal irrespective of their category. |

The classification of removal as “Basic” and “Non-basic”. |
Status |
The status of the reason for removal as “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Created By |
The name of the user who created the reason for removal. |
Created Date |
The date, in the specified date format, on which the reason for removal was created. |
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the reason for removal. |
Last Modified Date |
The date, in the specified date format, on which the reason for removal was last modified. |
