This page allows you to view the MCR document types that are already defined in the system. Tell me more

The “View Maintenance Change Request Document Type” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the MCR document types you need to view. It can be either “Active” or “Inactive”. The system lists all the MCR document types that are in the status specified in this field. Leave this field blank, if you to wish to retrieve details of all MCR document types irrespective of their status. The system sets the field blank by default.

Source

Use the drop-down list box to specify the source of the MCR document type you need to view. It can be either “External” or “Internal”. The system lists all the MCR document types that have the source type specified in this field. Leave this field blank, if you to wish to retrieve details of all MCR document types irrespective of their source. The system sets the field blank by default.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

MCR Doc Type

The unique code that identifies the MCR document type.

 Priority

The  priority number assigned to the MCR document type.

Source

The source document, which is either “Internal” or “External”, for the MCR document type.

Status

The status of the MCR document type, which is either “Active” or “Inactive”.

Description

The textual description of the MCR document type.

Applicable For

Indicates the applicability of the MCR documents. It could be “MCR” or “Direct Eng.Doc” or “MCR & Eng.Doc”.

MCR Processing Status

Indicates the processing status of the MCR document.

Default Eng. Doc Type

The default engineering document type.

Created By

The name of the user who created the MCR document type.

Created Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the MCR document type was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the MCR document type.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the MCR document type was last modified.
