Using Online Help

You can define the reasons for the removal of a component from an aircraft or the removal of a subassembly from its parent component.  A component can be removed from an aircraft or higher assembly for reasons, such as inspection, damage or developmental repair. Each reason is identified with a unique code and a reason category. The system retrieves all the reason codes, which are in the “Active” status, based on the search criteria entered. The selected reason code is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.

The “Help on Reason #” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page.
