Modifying regulatory authority information

This page allow you to modify the details of the selected regulatory authority in this page. Details such as the regulatory authority description, address and country can be modified. The system updates the details of the regulatory authority and sets the “Last Modified Date” to the server date.

Select the “Edit Reg. Authority Details” link in the “Select Regulatory Authority Code” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked regulatory authority number in the multiline of the same page.

The “Edit Regulatory Authority Code” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format	The format in which the date fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.
Regulatory Authority	The selected regulatory authority, for which the details are displayed.

Enter the following fields:

Status	Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the regulatory authority, to either “Active” or “Inactive”.
	Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable the regulatory authority from future reference in other activities.
Description	The textual description of the regulatory authority (Alphanumeric, 80).
Address	The address of the regulatory authority (Alphanumeric, 255).
Country	The country to which the regulatory authority belongs (Alphanumeric, 20).

Click the “Edit Reg. Auth. Record” pushbutton to update the modified details of the regulatory authority.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the regulatory authority.
Last Modified by	The name of the user who last modified the regulatory authority information.
Created date	The date on which the regulatory authority was created.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the regulatory authority was last modified.

Comments

Any additional remarks pertaining to the modification of the regulatory authority details. Typically, the reason for modifying the regulatory authority can be entered here (Alphanumeric, 255).

What you can do in this page

Modify the status of the regulatory authority

You can change the status of the regulatory authority to either “Active” or “Inactive”.

Set the “Status” field to ‘Active”, if you wish to change the status of the regulatory authority to “Active’.
Set the “Status” field to “Inactive”, if you wish to change the status of the regularity authority to “Inactive” and disable it from future reference.
