The “Edit Flight Log / Occurrence Report Attributes” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the flight log / occurrence report attribute type that you need to retrieve. The combo is loaded with options “Flight category”, “Delay Category”, “Incident Type”, “Landing Type”, “Shutdown Type’, “Fuel Type”, “A/c Maint. Exe. Ref Detail – 1”, “A/c Maint. Exe. Ref Detail –2”, “A/c Maint. Exe. Ref Detail –3”, “Nature of Condition”, “Precautionary Procedure”,” Reason”, “Occurrence User Status”, “Business Unit”, and “Occurrence Category & Flight Sheet User Status”.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the attribute that you need to retrieve. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the attributes of the status specified here. You can leave this field blank to retrieve all the attributes irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to "Active" by default.

Note:The system fetches the records and displays in the multiline based on the search criteria provided. Otherwise you can leave both the fields blank to retrieve all the attributes that are defined in the system.

The system displays the following field in the “Search Results” multiline:

The attribute code that belongs to the selected attribute code type or status.

Description

The modified textual description of the attribute (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the attribute, to either “Active” or “Inactive”.

Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable this attribute from future reference in other activities.

Note: Ensure that a description exists for each attribute code.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The name of the user who created the attribute.

Created Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the attribute was created.

Last modified By

The name of the current user who last modified the attribute.

Last modified Date

The current server date, in the specified date format, on which the attribute was last modified.

Note: The system will not allow modifications to any of the fields for the pre-defined attribute 'Technical and Aircraft Equipment' against the 'Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Type' as "Delay Category”.

Note: The system updates the modifications along with the status selected in the “Status” combo. The system stores the current user and current server date against the last modified by and last modified date.
