Maintain Standard Work Calendar
This page enables you to define the standard work calendar. Tell me more
Select the “Maintain Standard Work Calendar” link under the “Common Master” business component.
The “Maintain Standard Work Calendar ” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Modify the following fields in the “Conversion Details” group box, if required:
Work Hours/Day |
The number of man-hours equivalent to a single day (Decimal). Ensure that the value entered in this field is positive and is less than 24. The system displays the value '8' by default. |
Work Days/ Week |
The number of man-days equivalent to one week (Decimal). Ensure that the value entered in this field is positive and is less than seven. The system displays the value '5' by default. |
Work Days/Month |
The number of man-days equivalent to one month (Decimal). Ensure that the value entered in this field is positive and is less than 31. The system displays the value '22' by default. |
Modify the following fields in the "Work Details" group box, if required:
Work Start Time |
The time of commencement of the work for the day (Time Format). By default, the system displays the starting time as 09:00:00. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Details” group box:
Work End Time |
The time of finishing the work for the day. The system calculates this as the sum of the “Work Hours/ Day” and “Work Start Time”. This value should be less than 24 hours. By default, the system displays the starting time as 17:00:00. |
Check the following fields in the “Weekly Offs” to indicate the weekly-off days:
Sunday |
Check this to indicate “Sunday” as the weekly-off day. |
Monday |
Check this to indicate “Monday” as the weekly -off day. |
Tuesday |
Check this to indicate “Tuesday” as the weekly-off day. |
Wednesday |
Check this to indicate “Wednesday” as the weekly-off day. |
Thursday |
Check this to indicate “Thursday” as the weekly-off day. |
Friday |
Check this to indicate “Friday” as the weekly-off day. |
Saturday |
Check this to indicate “Saturday” as the weekly-off day. |
Note: By default, the system checks"Saturday" and "Sunday" as the weekly-off days.
Click the “Maintain Calendar” pushbutton to update the time conversion details in the database.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the time unit conversion information. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the time unit conversion information was last modified. |
