Maintaining customer call sign information
Select the “Maintain Customer Call Sign Information” link under the Common Master” business component.
The “Maintain Customer Call Sign Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Customer Call Sign Details” multiline:
Customer Call Sign |
A reference number by which the customer job is tracked (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Customer |
The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 45). Help facility avilable. |
Note: If the “Customer” field is entered, ensure that the “Customer Call Sign” field is not left blank and vice-versa.
Call Sign Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of customer call sign. The system lists the options “Regular” and “Special”. By default, the system sets this field to “Regular”. |
Contract # |
The customer contract for which the call sign is applicable. Note: The specified flight contract # must be valid for the customer as recorded in the Flight Contract business component. The flight contract # must not be in the Cancelled / Closed status. Help facility available |
Revision # |
The revision # of the flight contract # to which the call sign is applicable. Note: The specified flight contract # and revision # combination must be valid for the customer as defined in the 'Flight Contract' business component. The revision # of the flight contract # must not be in the Cancelled / Closed status. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the customer call sign, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. By default, the system sets this field to “Active”. |
Remarks |
Any additional comments pertaining to the customer call sign (Alphanumeric, 255). |
The system displays the following fields:
Last Modified by |
The name of the employee who last modified the customer call sign details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the customer call sign was last modified. |
Note: Ensure that at least one row is entered in the multiline.
To delete a record in the multiline
Select the record in the multiline.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline.
Note: You cannot delete the records in the multiline, after updating the customer call sign details.
To update customer call sign details
Click the “Maintain Customer Call Signs” pushbutton to save the customer call sign details.
Note: You cannot modify the customer call sign and customer details after updating the customer call sign details.
