Creating flight log / occurrence report attributes

This page allow you to create flight log / occurrence report attributes, sets the status of the created attributes as "Active" and the creation date to the current server date. Tell me more

Select the “Create Flight Log / Occurrence Report Attributes” link under the “Common Master” business component.

The “Create Flight Log / Occurrence Report Attributes” page appears.

Enter the following field:

Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the flight log / occurrence report attribute type for which the values must be defined. Mandatory. The combo is loaded with options “Flight category”, “Delay Category”, “Incident Type”, “Landing Type”, “Shutdown Type’, “Fuel Type”, “Technical Log Detail – 1”, “Technical Log Detail –2”, “Technical Log Detail –3”, “Nature of Condition”, “Precautionary Procedure”,” Reason”, “Occurrence User Status”, “Business Unit”, and “Occurrence Category & Flight Sheet User Status”.

Note: If “Delay Category” is selected in the above combo for the first time then the system fetches the following values against both 'Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Code' and 'Description' columns

(2) 'Cargo & Mail'

(3) 'A/c & Ramp Handling'

(4) 'Technical & A/c Equipment'

(5) 'Damage to A/c & EDP/AEF'

(6) 'Flight Ops & Crewing'

(7) 'Weather'

(8) 'Airport and Govt. Auth.'

(9) 'Reactionary'

(10) 'Miscellaneous'

Enter the following field in the “Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Details” multiline:

Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attribute Code	The identifier of the flight log / occurrence report attribute (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This field can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that the attribute code is unique for the selected attribute type.
Description	The textual description of the flight log / occurrence report attribute (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory.

Note: Ensure that a description exists for each attribute code.

Check the box in the multiline to mark the flight log / occurrence attribute code for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the flight log / occurrence report attribute codes selected in the multiline.
Click the "Create Flight Log / Occ. Rep. Attributes" pushbutton at the bottom of the page to create the flight log / occurrence attribute codes.

Note: The system creates the flight log / occurrence attribute codes, sets the status of the created attributes as "Active" and the creation date to the current server date.
