Viewing the physical inventory summary sheet

This page allows you to view the summary of the PI plan. Tell me more

Select the “View PI Summary” link in the “Select Inventory Plan” page.

The “View PI Summary Sheet” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Plan Information” group box:

PI Plan #	The number identifying the PI plan.
Plan Description	The textual description of the plan.
Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the PI plan was generated.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
WH –Zone #	The zone in the warehouse for which the PI plan was generated.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.
System Quantity Display	Indicates whether system quantity display is allowed or not.
Recount Mandatory	Indicates whether recount is mandatory or not.
Zero Qty Parts	Indicates whether warehouse or zone, which has parts with zero quantity as stock balance can be included in the counting.

The system displays the following fields in the “Count Summary Details” group box:

Total No Of Parts	The total number of parts in the PI sheet.
Total No Of Discrepancies	The total number of discrepancies observed during count and recount.
Total No Of Adjustments	The total number of adjustments made.
Count Based Adjustments	The total number of count based adjustments made.
Recount Based Adjustments	The total number of recount based adjustment made.
Value Based Adjustments	The total number of value based adjustments made.

Viewing the physical inventory summary sheet – An overview

This page allows you to view the summary of the PI plan. You can view the plan details such as the plan number and its description, warehouse number and its description, zone number and its description and the display options. You can also view the summary details such as the total number of parts, adjustments, discrepancies, adjustments based on count, recount and value.
