Viewing the count summary sheet

This page allows you to view the summary of the CC sheet. Tell me more

Select the “View Summary Sheet” link in the “Select Cycle Count Sheet” page.

The “View Count Summary Sheet” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sheet Details” group box:

CC Sheet #	The number that identifies the CC sheet.
Sheet Description	The textual description of the sheet.
CC Plan #	The CC plan from which the CC sheet was generated.
Plan Description	The textual description of the plan.
Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the CC sheet was generated.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
WH – Zone #	The zone in the warehouse for which the CC sheet was generated.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.
Class	The class to which the CC sheet belongs.
Part Type	The type to which the part belongs.
Part Group	The group to which the part belongs.
Part Category	The category to which the part belongs.

The system displays the following fields in the “Count Summary Details” group box:

Total No Of Parts	The total number of parts in the CC sheet.
Total No Of Discrepancies	The total number of discrepancies observed during count and recount.
Total No Of Adjustments	The total number of adjustments made.
Count Based Adjustments	The total number of count based adjustments made.
Recount Based Adjustments	The total number of recount based adjustment made.
Value Based Adjustments	The total number of value based adjustments made.

The system displays the following fields in the “Accuracy Details” multiline:

Part #	The number that identifies the part.
Adjustment Quantity	The quantity of parts adjusted.
Class	The class, which could be ”A”, “B”, “C” or “V”, “E”, “D”.
Current Accuracy (%)	The current accuracy percentage of the stock level of the part.
Desired Accuracy (%)	The desired accuracy percentage of the stock level of the part.

Viewing the count summary sheet – An overview

This page allows you to view the summary of the CC sheet. You can view the sheet details such as the sheet number, sheet description, plan number, plan description, warehouse number, warehouse description, zone number, zone description, class, part type, part group and part category.

You can also view the summary details such as the total number of parts counted and the total number of discrepancies observed. You can also view the total number of adjustments made, number of count based adjustments, number of recount based adjustments, number of value based adjustments, total currency impact and the current accuracy percentage.
