In this page, you can view the parent components on which the selected component was previously fitted. The system displays whether the component was fitted in the “Aircraft” or “Component” at the time of the transaction, the position code to which the component was fitted and the transaction that caused the component movement. Also, the name of the employee that carried out the transaction and the organization unit where the transaction was performed are displayed.

The “View Component Movement History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

Component #

The component selected in the main page, for which movement history is displayed.

ATA #

The ATA chapter associated to the component.

Part #

The part to which the component belongs.

Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer part number of the component.

Mfr. #

The manufacturer number of the component.

Serial #

The serial number of the component.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Movement Details” group box:

Parent #

The parent to which the component was attached, at the time of the transaction.

Parent Type

The type of the parent, which could be “Aircraft” or “Component”.

Position Code

The position code to which the component was fitted.

Position Type

The type of the position code, which could be “Engine”, “APU” or “Landing Gear”.

Movement Date

The date on which the component was attached to the position code or removed from the position code.

Transaction Type

The type of the transaction, which could be “Attached” or “Removed”.

Transaction #

The number identifying the transaction which attached or removed the component.

Moved By

The name of the employee that performed the transaction.

Org. Unit #

The organization unit in which the transaction was executed.
