Viewing reference document details for the component

This page allows you to view the reference information for the component. Reference document details such as document type, the reference document number, description, remarks and file name are displayed by the system.

Select the “View Reference Details” link at the bottom of the “View Component Record” page.

The “View Reference Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

Component #	The component selected in the main page, for which reference document details are shown.
Part #	The part to which the component belongs. Note
Mfr. Part #	The manufacturer part number of the component.
Mfr. #	The manufacturer number of the component.
Note
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.

The system displays the following in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Document Type	The type of the document to which the reference document belongs.
Document #	The number identifying the reference document
Description	The textual description of the reference document
Remarks	Any comment or remarks pertaining to the reference document
File Name	The name of the file that contains the reference document details
