Viewing component ownership change history

This page enables you to view the ownership change history details for a component.

Select the “View Component Ownership Change History” link in the “View Component Record” page.

The “View Component Ownership Change History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

Component #	The component for which the ownership change details are displayed
Base Part #	The base part number of the part
Part #	The part to which the component belongs. Note
Mfr. Part #	The manufacturer part number of the component.
Mfr. #	The manufacturer number of the component.
Note
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Manufacturer Serial #	The manufacturer serial number of the component
Part Description	The textual description of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Ownership Change Details” multiline:

Component Ownership	The type of ownership of the component which could be one of the following:
	Owned - Indicates that the aircraft operator owns the component.
	Supplier – indicates that the supplier owns the component.
	Customer – indicates that the customer owns the component.
Component Possession Status	The mode of possession of the component which could be one of the following:
	“Loaned in” - Indicates that the company has loaned in the component.
	“Rented Out” - Indicates that the company has rented the component out.
	“PBH” – Indicates that the component is under PBH coverage.
Owning Agency #	The code identifying the agency who owns the component
Owning Agency Name	The name of the owning agency
Changed Date	The date on which the component ownership was changed
Transfer Type	The type of transfer which could be “Purchase”, “Exchange – In”, “Rental”, “Salvaged”, “Loan”, “Exchange – Out” or “Sale”.
Change Description	The description regarding the change in component ownership.
Ref.Doc #	The number identifying the reference document that initiated the ownership change.
Ref.Doc Type	The type of the reference document, which could be “Purchase Order”, “Exchange Order”, “Rental Order”, “Customer Order”, “Loan Order” or “Repair Order”.
Updated Date	The date on which the ownership change details are updated
Org. Unit #	The organizational unit in which the ownership change updation happened.
Remarks	Any remark relevant to component ownership change
