Viewing certificate of maintenance for component

In this page, you can view the Certificate of Maintenance (COM) that was issued for the component. Tell me more.
Select the "View Certificate of Maintenance History” link at the bottom of the “View Component Record” page.
The “View Certificate of Maintenance History” page appears.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:

The component selected in the main page, for which the certificate of maintenance details must be viewed. |

The part to which the component belongs. |

Mfr. Part # |
The manufacturer part number of the component. |

Mfr. # |
The manufacturer number of the component. |

The serial number of the component. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
The system displays the following field in the “Certificate Of Maintenance Details” multiline:

CoM # |
The number identifying the Certificate of Maintenance (COM) issued for the component. |

Issue Date |
The date on which the COM was issued for the component. |

Issuer Name |
The name of the person who issued the COM. |
|
Org. Unit # |
The organization unit where the COM was issued. |

Remarks |
Any additional remarks or comments pertaining to the issue of COM. |
Viewing certificate of maintenance for component– An overview
COM is a document, which is issued to certify the maintenance work, such as overhaul, repair, modification or replacement, executed on a component.
The system displays all the COM numbers that was issued for the component. Also, the details such as the date on which the COM was issued, the name of the person who issued the COM, the organization unit in which the COM has been issued, and any remarks pertaining to the issue of the certificate, are also displayed.
