Viewing component condition history
In this page, you can view the condition of component from the time the component is defined in the “Create Component Record” activity. Tell me more.
Select the “View Component Condition History” link at the bottom of the “View Component Record Overview” page.
The “View Component Condition History” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:
Component # |
The component selected in the main page, for which the component condition must be viewed. |
Part # |
The part to which the component belongs. |
Mfr. Part # |
The manufacturer part number of the component. |
Mfr. # |
The manufacturer number of the component. |

The serial number of the component. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
The system displays the following in the “Component Condition Details” multiline:
From Condition |
The condition of the component. |
To Condition |
The modified condition of the component, due to the transaction displayed in the “Transaction #” field. |
Changed Date |
The date on which the component condition was changed |
Changed Time |
The time at which the component condition was changed |
Transaction # |
The number identifying the transaction due to which the component condition was changed. |
Transaction Type |
The type of the transaction. |
Transaction Date |
The date on which the transaction was created. |
Org. Unit # |
The organization unit in which the transaction was carried out. |

Any remark pertaining to the component condition change |
Comments |
Any comment pertaining to the component condition change |
Viewing component condition history – An overview
The system displays the previous and the present condition of the component, the transaction which caused the change in the component condition, the transaction type, the date on which the component condition was changed, and the organizational unit in which the transaction was carried out.
For instance, if the component condition has been changed from “Serviceable” to “Unserviceable”, the transaction due to which the component condition was changed to ‘unserviceable’, the transaction date and the OU in which the component condition was changed, can be viewed.
