Help on aircraft model

This page allows you to retrieve the details of the aircraft model that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the aircraft model number, aircraft manufacturer or organizational unit description. Details such as aircraft model number, description, type and aircraft manufacturer are displayed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Aircraft Model #” field in the main screen.

The “Help on Aircraft Model” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an aircraft model. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Aircraft Model	The aircraft model for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the aircraft model numbers that are similar to the values entered here.
Manufacturer #	Enter the code of the aircraft manufacturer in full or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system lists all the aircraft models whose aircraft manufacturer codes are similar to the codes entered here.
Org. Unit Name	Use the drop-down list box to select the description of the organizational unit in which the aircraft model to be retrieved, belongs. Leave the field blank to retrieve all aircraft model irrespective of this field. The system displays the organizational unit to which you have logged into by default.

Click the “Search” button to display the search results.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Aircraft model #	The aircraft model number retrieved by the system.
Model Description	The description of the aircraft model.
Aircraft Type	The type of the aircraft.
Manufacturer #	The manufacturer of the aircraft.

Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the aircraft model.
Click the “OK” button.
