In this page you can define the search criteria that are to be considered while searching for an aircraft identifier. You can specify a unique number to identify the advanced search criteria.

You can specify the aircraft group, usage type, aircraft type, aircraft condition, configuration class associated to the aircraft, aircraft manufacturer, ownership, lease type, user defined or aircraft details as search criteria.

The “Set Advanced Search Criteria” page appears.

Search ID

A unique number identifying the advanced search (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits. The number must be unique in the “Aircraft” business component.

Aircraft Group #

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft group to which the aircraft belongs. The system lists all the aircraft groups defined in the “Create Aircraft Group” activity. The system retrieves all the aircraft that are belonging to the aircraft group specified here.

Usage Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the usage of the aircraft. The system displays all the quick codes that are of type “Usage Type”, as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the aircraft that are in the usage type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the usage type.

Aircraft Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the aircraft. The system displays all the quick codes that are of type “Aircraft Type”, as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the aircraft, which are in the aircraft type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the aircraft type.

Aircraft Condition

Use the drop-down list box to specify the condition of the aircraft. The system displays the following options:

 
  • Operational – select this option to retrieve the aircraft that are in the working condition.

 
  • Under Maintenance – select this option to retrieve the aircraft that are under maintenance.

 
  • Phased Out – select this option to retrieve the aircraft, which cannot be used for any operation.

 

Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of its condition.

Configuration Class

The configuration class associated to the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves all the aircraft to which the configuration class is associated.

Manufacturer #

The code of the aircraft manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 45). The system displays all the aircraft that are of the manufacturer specified here.

Aircraft Ownership

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the ownership type of the aircraft. The system provides the following options:

 
  • Owned – select this option to retrieve the owned aircraft.

 
  • Leased – select this option retrieve the aircraft that are taken on lease.

 
  • Leased out – select this option to retrieve the aircraft that are leased out to a third party.

 

Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of its ownership type.

Lease Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of lease if you have selected “Leased” or “Leased out” in the “Aircraft Ownership” field. The system provides the following options:.

 
  • Wet - indicates that the lessee should maintain the aircraft.

 
  • Dry - indicates that the lessor should maintain the aircraft.

 

The system retrieves all the aircraft that are of the lease type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of its lease type.

User Defined Detail – 1

Any other additional details pertaining to the aircraft based on which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 25).

User Defined Detail – 2

Any other additional details pertaining to the aircraft based on which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 25).

User Defined Detail – 3

Any other additional details pertaining to the aircraft based on which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 25).

Aircraft Detail – 1

Use the drop-down list box to select any other detail related to the aircraft. The system lists all the quick codes that are of type “Aircraft Detail – 1”, as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the aircraft that are of the aircraft details selected here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the aircraft detail.

Aircraft Detail – 2

Use the drop-down list box to select any other detail related to the aircraft. The system lists all the quick codes that are of type “Aircraft Detail – 2”, as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the aircraft that are of the aircraft details selected here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the aircraft detail.

AOG Status?

Use the drop-down list box to specify the grounding status of the aircraft. The system lists the options “AOG” and “No”. The system leaves this field blank by default.
