The “Edit Zone” page enables you to modify the details of the selected zone one at a time. Details such as the description, category and the status of the zone can be modified. The system updates the details of the zone and sets the “Last Modified Date” to the server date.
Select the “Edit Zone” link in the “Select Zone” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked zone number in the multiline of the same page.
The “Edit Zone” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field:

Zone # |
The zone number selected for modification. |
|
Aircraft Model # |
The aircraft model number to which the zone is associated. |
Enter the following field:

Category |
The category to which the zone belongs (Alphanumeric, 25). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the zone, which could be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Zone Description |
The description of the zone. This field should not be left blank. (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Click the “Edit Zone” pushbutton to edit the details of the zone.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The name of the user who created the zone. |
|
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who modified the zone. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the zone was created. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the last modification was done. |
