Entering additional notes for the aircraft

This page allows you to record any additional information or notes pertaining to the selected aircraft. The registration number and the manufacturer serial number of the selected aircraft are displayed by the system. You can enter any detail relevant for carrying out maintenance activities on the aircraft.
Select the “Edit Notes” link at the bottom of the main page.
The “Edit Notes” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the selected aircraft for which you wish to enter the notes. |

Manufacturer Serial # |
The MSN or the manufacturer’s serial number given to the aircraft by the manufacturer at the time of production. |
Enter the following:

Notes |
Any remarks or notes relevant for performing the maintenance activities on the selected aircraft (Alphanumeric, 2000). Click the Remarks |

Click the “Edit Notes” pushbutton to update the notes for the aircraft.
icon to display the “View Notes Information” window. You can see the entire history of notes recorded for the aircraft till date.
