Editing details pertaining to aircraft mod number
Using this page you can modify the mod number effectivity details for an aircraft.
Select the "Edit Aircraft Mod # Status" link in the "Edit Aircraft Record" page.
The "Edit Aircraft Mod # Status" page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Details” group box:
Aircraft Reg # |
The number identifying the aircraft whose mod # status needs to be modified. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying the model to which the aircraft belongs. |
Enter the following details in the “Mod # Effectivity Details” multiline:
Default Applicability |
Use the drop-down list box and select any one of the following options, to specify the default applicability of the Mod number on the aircraft:
The system leaves the field blank by default. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline:
Mod # |
The unique number identifying the modification done with respect to the aircraft. |
Mod Description |
The textual description of the modification done to the aircraft. |
Mod Classification |
Indicates the mod classification to which the aircraft belongs. |
Mod Category |
The category under which the mod classification is done. |
ATA # |
The number identifying the ATA chapter. |
Enter the following:
Applicability |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the applicability of the Mod number on the aircraft. The system provides the options “Pre”, “Post”, “No Impact” and “Not Applicable”. The drop-down list box also shows the value “Not Applicable”, if there is no applicability value defined for the mod # - aircraft combination in “Common Masters” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Remarks |
Any additional comments pertaining to the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Click the “Edit Mod # Effectivity” details pushbutton to modify the aircraft effectivity details.
Note: If the “Applicability” field is left blank in the multiline, the system saves the value selected in the “Default Applicability” field as the applicability of the mod number.
