Help On User Details

This page helps you to fetch and select the user details. You can select the user details by specifying the user name or the full name of the user. You can also specify whether to fetch the disabled user or not. Based on the search criteria the details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “User Name” Field.

The “Help On User Details” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

User Name	A unique name of the user by which you wish to retrieve the user details.
Full Name	The full name of the user.
User Disabled	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the user is disabled or not by which you wish to retrieve the user details. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Fetch User Information” pushbutton to fetch all roles details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

User Name	The name of the user.
Full Name	The full name of the user.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the user details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
