Map User To Organization Unit
This activity allows you to map particular organization unit (OU) with various users available in the system. You can also modify the already mapped user to the particular organization unit.
Select the “Map User To Organization Unit” link under the “Administration Process” business component.
The “Map User To Organization Unit” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the header:
OU Instance |
The unique name identifying Organization Unit (OU) to which the user has to be mapped. |
Click the “Fetch User” pushbutton to fetch the user details.
The system fetches all details and displays in the multiline.
Enter the following details in the multiline:
User Name |
The unique name identifying the user to which the organization unit has to be mapped. |
The system displays the following in the multiline.
Full Name |
The full name of the user. |
To save the user details mapped to the respective organization unit
Click the “Save User” pushbutton to save the user details mapped to the respective organization unit.
The system saves the mapped user details to the particular organization unit.
