Administration Process

This section deals with the business component Administration Process and its activity Session Activity Details.

Session Activity Details – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the session details of the logged in users. You can view count of the number of users who are currently available in the system. You can also terminate the user session as desired.

Session Activity Details

Ø  Select the “Session Activity Details” link under the “Administration Process” business component.

The “Session Activity Details” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Active Session Count	The number of users who are actively logged in the application.
Max Licensed Count	The maximum number of users that are allowed to be logged on to the application.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Details	Click  icon to view the process details. A pop-up window appears with the details such as, ·         Component Name ·         Activity Name ·         ILBO Name
User Name	The name of the user who logged into the application.
User Description	The detailed description of the user.
Login Time	The time at which the user has been logged into the application.

Ø  Select a row from the multiline.

Ø  Click “Terminate” push button to dismiss the login session of the user.
