Delete VAT Account Definition – A summary of the activity

This page allows you to delete the account rule defined for the combination of VAT core category, VAT account type and for the item or TCD code. You can carry out the search using VAT core category and VAT account type mapped to the VAT category, the code identifying the finance book, the code identifying the VAT group, the code identifying the item or the vatable tax / charge, the code identifying the item / vatable tax / charge variant, the code identifying the account and the effective date.

The system retrieves all the account definition details based on the search criteria. You can then select the account definition details and delete the rule defined. You can define the accounting rule again in the “Create VAT Account Definition” page. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modification details.
