Viewing insurance company details

This page allows you to view the details of the selected insurance company. You can view details like the name of the company, the complete mailing address and the contact details like phone / fax numbers, email address etc. The system also displays the details of the user who has created or modified the details of the insurance company.

Select the “Insurance Company Information” link at the bottom of the “View Insurance Policy” page.

The “View Insurance Company” page appears.

Enter the following field to select the code identifying the insurance company for which you want to view the details:

Insurance Company Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the insurance company that has issued the policy. All the insurance companies that have been defined will be available for selection in the ascending order.
	On selection of the insurance company, the system retrieves and displays all the details of the company.

The system displays the following:

Company Name	The name of the company that has issued the policy.
Contact Person	The contact person in the insurance company.
Address	The complete mailing address of the company.
City	The city in which the insurance company is located.
State	The state in which the city is located.
Country	The country in which the company is located.
Zip	The zip code of the city in which company is located.
Telex	The telex number of the insurance company.
Phone	The phone number of the insurance company.
Fax	The fax number of the insurance company.
URL	The URL address of the insurance company.
Email	The email address of the contact person or the company.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who has created the insurance company.
Created Date	The date on which the insurance company was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who has last modified the details of the insurance company.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the company details were last modified.
