This page allows you to search for the financial periods that are closed. You can carry out the search using the code identifying the depreciation book, code identifying the financial year and the code identifying the finance book. The system retrieves the financial periods details.
Select the “View Period Closed Status” link at the bottom of the “Close Depreciation Calendar” page.
The “View Period Closed Status” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Depreciation Book Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the depreciation book. All the depreciation books defined in the “Asset Depreciation Setup” business component are listed for selection. The system displays “Corporate” by default on launch of the page. |

Financial Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the financial year. The system lists all the financial years mapped to the login organization unit. The system displays earliest financial year by default on launch of the page. |

Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book. All the finance books mapped to the login organization unit of the “Financial Book Processing” business component to which this component is mapped are available for selection. The system displays the first finance book in the list by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve financial year and financial period details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Financial Year Details” group box:

Financial Year Code |
The code identifying the financial year. |

Description |
The textual description pertaining to the financial year code. |

Year Status |
The status of the financial year. |
