This page allows you to view the depreciation rate details. You can carry out the search using the asset class code, the code identifying the depreciation rate, the status of the depreciation rate and the effective period of the depreciation rate. The system retrieves the depreciation rate details based on the search criteria. The system also displays the creation details along with the modification history.
Select the “View Rate” link at the bottom of the “View Depreciation Rule” page.
The “View Depreciation Rate” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the group box to search for the depreciation rate:

Asset Class Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the asset class. The system loads all the asset class defined in the “Create Asset Class” activity of the “Asset Type Definition” business component mapped to the login organization unit, for selection. The system displays the first asset class by default on launch of the page. |

Depreciation Rate Id |
The code identifying the depreciation rate (Alphanumeric, 20). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the depreciation rate. The statuses available are “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Date From |
The date from which the depreciation rate is effective (Date Format). The date must be less than the system date. |

To |
The date till which the depreciation rate is effective (Date Format). The date entered here must be greater than the date entered in the “Date From” field. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Depreciation Rate Details” multiline.

Depreciation Rate Id |
The code identifying the depreciation rate. |

Rate Id description |
The textual description pertaining to the depreciation rate Id. |
|
Depreciation Rate |
The code identifying the depreciation rate. |

Effective From Date |
The date from which the depreciation rate is effective. |

Expiration Date |
The date till which the depreciation rate is effective. |
|
Status |
The status of the depreciation rate. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the depreciation rate. |

Created Date |
The date on which the depreciation rate was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the depreciation rate. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the depreciation rate was modified last. |
