This page allows you to view the depreciation categories assigned to the depreciation book. You can view the assignment details by carrying the search using the code identifying the depreciation book and the modified date. The system retrieves the details like the code identifying the depreciation category, the number identifying the depreciation rule and the effective period of the assignment.
Select the “View Assigned Rules” link at the bottom of the “View Depreciation Rule” page.
The “View Assigned Rules” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Depreciation Book Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the depreciation book. The system loads “Corporate”, “Tax” and other depreciation book for selection. The system displays the “Corporate” depreciation book by default on launch of the page. |

Description |
The textual description pertaining to the depreciation book. |
Enter the following field:

Modified Date |
The date on which the assignment was modified (Date Format). This date must be less than the system date. The system retrieves the assignment details, which were modified on the date specified here. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Assignment” multiline.

Depreciation Category |
The code identifying the depreciation category. |

Depreciation Rule No. |
The code identifying the depreciation rule. |
|
Effective From Date |
The date from which the assignment is effective. |
|
Expiration Date |
The date till which the assignment is effective. |
