This page allows you to search and select the standard notes id and transfer the same to the main page. You can carry out the search using the number identifying the standard note that has been attached to a document and the description pertaining to the notes.
Click the lens icon provided next to the “Standard Notes Id” field.
The “Help on Standard Notes Id” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the standard notes ID.

Standard Notes Id |
The number identifying the standard notes that has been attached to a document (Alphanumeric, 4). |

Description |
A brief description pertaining to the standard notes (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the standard notes id.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the standard notes id for transfer.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the standard notes id to the main page.
