Define Open Enrollment
This page allows the HR admin to define open enrollment conditions for a benefit year.
Benefit Year |
Select a benefit year from dropdown. The system displays the list of calendar years defined in the HR General Masters component. |
Enrollment Start – End Date |
The plan enrollment start and end date. Choose the value from dropdown or enter the date. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Allow Multiple Enrollments |
Select the check box against the plan category to allow multiple enrollments in the same category. For example: If you want to allow multiple enrollments for health plan, select the check box against “Health”. In such case, employees will be able to enroll into multiple health plans like dental, vision, medical Mandatory |
At least One Plan to be Enrolled |
Select the check box against the plan category to ensure at least one plan is enrolled in that plan category. For example: If you need every employee to enroll for at least one health plan, select the check box against “Health”. In such case, system will ensure employee chooses at least one health plan. Mandatory |
Click “Submit” button to save the details entered in the page. System gives a double confirmation dialogue box to check for your consent, please click ‘Ok’ to save or ‘Cancel’ to go back and edit.
