Viewing work area or zone for the work order or task

This page enables you to view the work area or zone details of a work order. In this page, you can select the task for which you need to view the work area or zone details. You can also specify whether you wish to view the work area or zone details.
Select the “View Work Area / Zones” link in the “Work Order Information” page.
The “View Work Area / Zone Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Work Order # |
The work order for which you wish to view the work area or zone details. |

Work Order Description |
The textual description of the work order. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following field:

Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view the work area or zone details. The system lists all the tasks associated with the work order for the login organization unit. |
The system displays the following field:

Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following field:

Work Area / Zone |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the work area or zones details of the work order. The system lists “Work Area” and “Zone”, as options. The system displays “Work Area” by default. |
Note: Select “Work Area”, if you wish to retrieve work area details for the selected task and work order.
Note: Select “Zone”, if you wish to retrieve zone details for the selected task and work order.
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the work area or zone details, as the case may be, for selected work order and task.
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Area / Zone Details” group box:

Work Area / Zone # |
The number that identifies the work area or zone of the aircraft. |

Description |
The textual description of the work area or zone. |
