Viewing sub work order information

This page enables you to view the sub work order details. You can view the details of the child work orders for the selected parent work order.

Select the “View Sub-Work Orders” link in the “Select Work Order” page.

The “View Sub Work Order Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Work Order #

The work order for which you need to view the sub work order details.

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following:

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you need to retrieve work order or work order tasks. The system provides the option, “By Work Order” and “By Task”. The system displays “By Work Order” by default.

Click the “Get Details” push button to view the sub work orders for the selected parent work order.

The system displays the following in the “Sub Work Order Details” group box:

Work Order #	The number that identifies the child work order for the selected parent work order.
Work Order Description	The textual description of the child work order.
Work Center #	The number identifying the work center, in which the work order is executed.
Job Type	The job type of the work order, which could be “On-Wing”, “Component Removal” or “Aircraft”.
Job Status	The job status of the child work order.
User Status	The user-defined status of the work order.
Child WO Count	The count of the number of the child work orders under the work order.
WO Cost	The total cost incurred on the work order.
