The “Work Status Log” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Work Order #

The work order for which the status log details is to be viewed

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Zoom facility available.

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the status log details is to be viewed. The system lists all the tasks that are already associated to the work order. The system displays the number as a combination of the task number and sequence number.

The system displays the following field:

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “WO Status Change Details” group box:

Entity Changed

Indicates the changed entity, which could be job status, authorization status or transient status.

Job Status

The job status of the work order.

Authorization Status

The authorization status of the work order.

Transient Status

The transient status of the work order.

Changed On

The date on which the status was changed.

Changed By

The name of the person who changed the status.

Comments

Any remarks pertaining to the status change.
