Viewing work order status history

This page enables you to view the history of the work order, such as the job status, authorization status and transient status. You can also view the date on which the status was changed, person who changed the status and any comments pertaining to the status change.
Select the “View Order Status History” link in the “Select Work Order” page.
The “Work Order History” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

The work order for which you need to view the history details. |

Work Order Description |
The textual description of the work order. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Work Order History Details” group box:

Entity Changed |
Indicates the changed entity, which could be job status, authorization status or transient status. |

Job Status |
The job status of the work order. |
|
Authorization Status |
The authorization status of the work order. |
|
Transient Status |
The transient status of the work order. |
|
Changed On |
The date on which the status was changed. |
|
Changed By |
The name of the person who changed the status. |
|
Comments |
Any remarks pertaining to the status change. |
