Viewing access panels to be accessed for executing a work order or task

This page enables you to view the access panels that you need to access for executing a work order task. Tell me more.

Select the “View Access Panels” link in the “Work Order Information” page.

The “View Access Panel to be accessed” page appears.

The system displays the following field in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Visit Package #

The visit package based on which the work order is raised.

Work Order #

The work order for which you wish to view the access panel details.

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following field:

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need view the access panel. The system lists all the parts associated with the work order for the login organization unit.

The system displays the following field:

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following fields:

ATA Chapter #	The ATA chapter number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the access panels for the work order irrespective of the ATA chapter number.
Zone #	Use the drop-down list box to select the zone number of the aircraft. The system lists all the “Active” zone numbers defined in the “Create Zones” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. The system sets the field blank by default. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the access panels for the work order irrespective of the zone of the aircraft.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the access panels for the selected work order and aircraft.

The system displays the following fields in the “Access Panel Details” group box:

Seq #	The sequence number in which the access panel need to be accessed.
Access panel #	The number identifying the access panel.
Access panel Description	The textual description of the access panel.
Status	The status of the access panel, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Work Order #	The number that identifies the work order.

Viewing access panels to be accessed for executing a work order or task – An overview

This page enables you to view the access panels that you need to access for executing a work order task. On launching this page, the system lists all the access panels that need to be accessed for the task selected in the previous page.

In this page, you can also select the task and ATA chapter and view the details of the access panel to be accessed. You can view details such as the sequence number in which the access panel need to be accessed, access panel number, description, status and work order number.
