This page allows you to view the quantity of parts that is required for a work order task. You can select the part for which you need to view the required quantity. You can also specify whether you need to view only the problem quantity parts. Problem quantity parts are those parts whose required quantity is more than the available quantity. The system retrieves all the work orders except those whose Job Status is “Closed “ and “Pre-Closed”.

The “View WO - Parts Requirements Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field in the “Material Request Details“ group box:

Material Request #

The number identifying the material request selected in the “Select Maintenance Material Request” page.

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part for which you need to modify the required quantity. The system lists all the parts that are requested in the selected material request. If you set the “Get Problem Qty. Parts” field to “Yes”, the system lists only those parts whose required quantity is more than the available quantity.

The system displays the following fields:

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available.

Work Order #

The work order for which the material request is raised.

Stock Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the stock status of the part. The system lists the stock statuses associated to the part selected in the “Part #” field.

Get Problem Qty. Parts

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the parts to be listed in the “Part #” field.

               

  • Select “Yes”, if you wish to list only those parts, whose required quantity is more than the available quantity, in the “Part #” field.

 
  • Select “No”, if you wish to list all the parts mentioned in the selected material request. The system displays “No” by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Work Order Details” multiline:

Work Order #

The number identifying the work order for which the part is required.

WO Priority

The priority of the work order, which could be either “Normal” or “AOG”.

Task #

The number identifying the task in the work order for which the part is required.

Task Priority

The priority of the task.

Sch. Start Date

The scheduled start date of the task.

Est. Quantity

The estimated quantity to complete the work order task.

Reqd. Qty

The total quantity of the part required to complete the task.

Available Qty

The available quantity of the parts.

Issue Qty

The quantity of parts issued.

Pending Issue Qty

The remaining quantity of parts that needs to be issued.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.
