This page enables you to view the deferment details of a work order task. You can view deferment . Tell me more.

The “View Deferment Request” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Deferment Request Details” group box:

Deferment Request #

The deferment request selected in the previous page.

Status

The status of the deferment request, which could be either “Fresh” “Confirmed”, “Cancelled” or “Returned.

Visit Package #

The number that identifies the visit package.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the visit package is raised.

Work Center #

The work center at which the deferment request was raised.

Job Type

The type of the maintenance activity, which could be "Aircraft", "Component Removal" or "On Wing".

Component #

The component on which the work order task is executed.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order / Tasks Details” multiline:

Work Order #

The number that identifies the work order.

Task #

The work order task for which the deferment request is raised.

Job Status

The job status of the work order task.

WO Priority

The number that indicates the priority of the work order.

Task Priority

The number that indicates the priority of the task.

Reason Category

The reason category for the deferment of the work order task.

Remarks

Any additional remarks pertaining to deferment by the user who creates the deferment request.

Limit Type

The type of deferment of the work unit, which could be “Time Based”, “Usage Based” or “Time & Usage Based”.

Regulatory Authority

The regulatory authority that defines the scheduled dates, compliance dates and compliance values for maintenance activities.

Approval #

The number that identifies the user who approves the deferment of the task.

Approved Date

The date on which the deferment request is approved.

Task Description

The description of the task.

Work Order Description

The description of the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Requestor Details” group box:

Requestor

The employee code of the login user.

Requestor Name

The name of the login user.

Email

The email ID of the requester.

Work Phone #

The telephone number of the requester’s work place.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The name of the user who created the deferment request.

Created Date

The date on which the deferment request was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the deferment request.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the deferment request was last modified.

Approved By

The name of the user who approved the deferment request.

Approved Date

Viewing deferment request details for a work order task – An overview

This page enables you to view the deferment details of a work order task. You can view deferment details such as the number, status, visit package, aircraft number, work center, job type and component on which the work order was raised.

You can also view the work order / task details such as the work order number, task number, job status, work order priority and task priority. You can also view the deferral type, reason category, remarks and approval details for the deferment.
