Viewing work information for a resource

Select the “View Work Information” link in the “Assign Resources(s)” or “View Resource Loading” page of the “Plan Work Order” activity.
The “View Work Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” group box:

Resource # |
The resource for which the loading details are displayed. |
|
Resource Description |
The textual description of the resource. Zoom facility available. |
|
Resource Type |
The type of the resource, which could be “Equipment”, “Skills”, “Tools” or “Others”. |
|
Work Center# |
The work center to which the resource is associated. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the workload details for the selected resource
Enter the following field:

From Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which you wish to view the work information for the resource (Date Format). |
|
To Date |
The ending date in the range of dates till which you wish to view the work information for the resource (Date Format). |
The system displays the following in the “Resource Work Summary” group box:

Total Available Hours |
The total number of available hours of the employee |
|
Tot.Assigned Hrs |
The total number of assigned hours of the employee |
|
No. of Work Orders |
The number work orders for which the employee is assigned |
|
No. of Tasks |
The number of task for which the employee is assigned |
|
% Loading |
The percentage of utilization of the employee on each day starting from the date specified in the “Reference Date” field. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Load Information” multiline:

Work Order # |
The work order for which loading details are viewed. |
|
Task# |
The task associated to the work order |
|
Work Center# |
The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order task or work order. |
|
Date |
The date for which loading details are viewed |
|
From Time |
The time from which the resource is assigned to the work order |
|
To Time |
The time till which the work order is assigned to the work group. |
|
Aircraft Reg # |
The number that identifies the aircraft for which the visit package is created. |
|
Visit Package # |
The number that identifies the visit package for which the work order is raised. |

Task Description |
The textual description of the task |
|
Work Order Description |
The textual description of the work order. |
The work loading information of the work order or task can be viewed.
Enter the starting and ending date for which you wish to view workload information details in the “Reference Details” group box.
