Viewing skills assigned to a work order
This page enables you to view the details of the skills assigned for the work order as well as the tasks in the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “View Skill Assignments” link at the bottom of the “Assign Work Order / Task(s)” page.
The “View Skills Assigned” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “Work Order Details” group box:
Work Order # |
The work order selected in the previous page for which the skills are assigned. |
Work Order Description |
The textual description of the work order. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following field:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the assigned skills must be displayed. The system lists all the tasks that are already associated to the work order. The system displays “All Tasks” as one of the options. The system displays the number as a combination of the task number and sequence number. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the skills assigned for the work order task or the work order.
The system displays the following field:
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following fields:
Aircraft Reg # |
The number that identifies the aircraft on which the task is executed. |
Visit Package # |
The number that identifies the visit package for which the work order is raised. |
Job Status |
The job status of the work order. |
Work Center # |
The work center in which the work order is executed. |
Sch. Start Date |
The scheduled start date of the work order. |
Sch. End Date |
The scheduled end date of the work order. |
The system displays the following in the “Customer Details” group box:
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer owning the aircraft. |
Customer Order # |
The number identifying the order placed by the customer. |
Aircraft Release Date |
The date on which the aircraft should be released to the customer, after the completion of the work order. |
Note: The "Customer #" and "Customer Name" fields are applicable only when the aircraft is not self-owned and the customer details are recorded in the system.
The system displays the following fields in the “Skill Details” multiline:
Skill Code |
The number identifying the skill that is assigned to the work order task or work order. |
From Date |
The date from which the skill is assigned to the work order task or work order. |
From Time |
The time from which the skill is assigned to the work order task or work order. |
To Date |
The date till which the skill is assigned to the work order task or work order. |
To Time |
The time till which the skill is assigned to the work order task or work order. |
Hours / Day |
The total number of hours per day the skill is assigned to the work order task or the work order. |
Skill Description |
The textual description of the skill. |
Viewing skills assigned to a work order – An overview
This page enables you to view the details of the skills assigned for the work order as well as the tasks in the work order.
You can select the task and view the skills assigned for the work order task. Details such as skill code description, the date and time from which the skill is assigned and date and time till which the skill is assigned to the work order is displayed. You can also view the total number of hours or days the skill is assigned to the work order. The details can be viewed either at the work order level or at the task level.
