Create Quick Codes - A summary of the activity
Quick codes are user-defined values, which are used to classify the work order. The basic quick code types for work orders are defined in the system. You can define the quick code values for a specific quick code type, by providing a unique identifier and a description for it. These quick codes are later used to categorize work orders. The classification of work orders, based on quick codes, is to enable effective data analysis and reports generation.
The quick code should be unique for the organizational unit. The system assigns the "Active" status as soon as the quick code is created and sets the created date and time to the current server date and time.
