Help on Zone / Bin Stock Balance

This page allows you to select the stock balance in a zone or bin, which is associated to the particular warehouse and the stock status.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “WH-Zone #” or “Bin # ” fields in the main screen.

The “Zone / Bin Stock Balance” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse.
Description	The textual description of the warehouse.

The system displays the following in the “Warehouse and Part Information” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the warehouse.
Stock Status	The status, which can be assigned to specific quantities of the stock, stored in warehouse.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

WH-Zone #	The number identifying the zone of the warehouse.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin of the warehouse.
Bin Description	The textual description of the bin.
Quantity	The quantity of the part of the serial number or lot number.
Condition	The condition of the part, which could be “New”, “Overhaul”, “Serviceable” or “Non Serviceable”.
