The system displays the following in the “OEM Details” group box:

Manufacturer Part #

The number given by the manufacturer of the part.

Manufacturer #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the part.

Manufacturer Name

The name of the manufacturer.

SPEC 2000 Code

The code by which the manufacturer is identified in SPEC 2000.

CAGE #

The “Commercial and Government Entity” code (CAGE) assigned to the manufacturer.

NSCM #

The “NATO Supply code for Manufacturer” number (NSCM) assigned to the manufacturer.

The system displays the following in the “Design Details” group box:         

Previous Part #     

 The previous part number.

Prime Part #

The number identifying the prime part of the part, for which the details are displayed.

Base Part #

The base part number of the part. This is the initial part number before the part undergoes any modifications and is used to track the changes of a given part number due to engineering modifications.

Mod Status #

The number identifying the status assigned to a part, whenever its properties are enhanced.

Drawing Reference/ Revision #

The number identifying the drawing reference document.

The revision number of the drawing document.

Material Specification

The specification of the material composition of the part.

Source Document Type

The type of the source document.

 
  • IPC – indicates that the reference document is an Illustrated Parts catalogue.

 
  • Eng. Doc– indicates that the reference document is an Engineering document.

 
  • Others – indicates that the reference document could be any document other than “IPC” and “Eng. Doc”.

Source Document #

A number identifying the source document.

Document Revision #

The revision number of the source document.

Source Document Date

The date on which the reference document was created.

The system displays the following in the “Ref. Doc. Details” group box.

Ref. Doc. Type

The type of the reference document.

Ref. Doc.  #

The number identifying the reference document.

Ref. Notes

Any other reference notes pertaining to the reference document.

The system displays the following in the “Physical Data” group box:

Gross Volume

The gross volume of the part.

Volume UOM

The unit of measurement in which the volume of the part is measured.

Gross Weight

The gross weight of the part.

Weight UOM

The unit of measurement in which the part is weighed.

Length

The length of the part.

Length UOM

The unit of measurement in which the length of the part is measured.

Width

The width of the part.

Width UOM

The unit of measurement in which the width of the part is measured.

Height

The height of the part.

Height UOM

The unit of measurement in which the height of the part is measured.
