Viewing reference document details for part

This page displays the details of the reference documents that are entered for the part number. The reference document type, document number, file name and remarks are displayed in the multiline.

Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Parts Information” page.

The “View References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Part #	The part for which the reference details are displayed.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Part Category	The category to which the part belongs.
Part Type	The type of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type	The type of the reference document.
Document ID	The name of the referenced document containing details of the part
File Name	The name of the file that contain the referenced document.
Remarks	Any remark or comment regarding the reference document association
