This page allows you to  identify employees who would be involved in looking after day-to-day operation of the library. One person would be the default library-in-charge. System will fetch the Primary Contact person, mapped for this library, and identify him/her as the default user (library-in-charge) . You can specify the user name, and set the default user name for the in-charge of the library.

The "Identify Library In-Charge" page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed in this page. This format is displayed as defined in the “User Preference” business component.

The system displays the following details:

Library #

The number identifying the library.

Library Name

The name of the library.

User Name

The user name of the library in-charge (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. Ensure that the user name entered here is unique and is mapped to a valid user in the “Employee Information” business component.

Default?

Use the drop-down list box to select “Yes” to set the default user name of the in-charge for the library. Else select the option “No”.  The system displays “No” by default.

Ensure that only one user has the default value set as “Yes”.

Remarks

Any additional details of the user.

The system displays the following details:

Employee #

The employee number as recorded in employee information records of the organization for the user name entered.

Employee Name

The employee name as recorded in employee information records of the organization for the user name entered.

Note: Ensure that atleast one row is selected in the multiline.
