Using Online Help

You can view the preferred serial and lot number details including stock status, warehouse, condition and expiry date of the part that is requested against an execution reference .

The View Preferred Serial # / Lot # Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Execution Ref # Details” group box:

Execution Ref  #

The execution reference number for which you need to view the preferred serial and lot number details.

The system displays the package type before the execution reference number.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number to which the execution reference is associated.

Execution Station

The station where the execution reference has been reported on the sheet.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the line number generated corresponding to each requested part. The system lists all the line numbers generated for the parts.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit Details” multiline:

Requested Part #

The part for which the preferred serial number and lot number details are retrieved.

Stock Status

The stock status of the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse from where the parts must be issued for the technical log.

Requested Qty.

The quantity of parts requested.

The system displays the following fields in the “Preferred Serial / Lot Details” multiline:

Seq #

The order of preference for the serial number and lot number specified in the multiline.

Serial #

The preferred serial number of the part.

Lot #

The preferred lot number of the part.

Qty

The quantity of parts required.

Component #

The component number of the part.

Available In Warehouse

Indicates whether the part is available in the warehouse or not. The system displays “Yes” if the available quantity is more than zero. Otherwise, the system displays “No”.

Condition

The condition of the part.

Expiry Date

The date of expiry of the part.
