The “Record Fuel / Oil Log” page appears.

The system displays the following field.

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time must be displayed. This format is displayed from the “User Preference” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Fuel / Oil Log Details” group box.

Fuel / Oil Log #

A unique system generated number identifying the Fuel / Oil log transaction reported for the aircraft.

Numbering Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the numbering type for generating number for Fuel / Oil log transaction. Mandatory. The system lists all the numbering types that are mapped for the Fuel/ Oil transaction in the “Document Numbering Class” business component.

If a Fuel / Oil log number exists, then the system defaults the numbering type mapped for the Fuel / Oil log transaction defined in the “Document Numbering Class” business component. Else, the system leaves the field blank by default.

Aircraft Reg #

The number identifying the aircraft for which the Fuel / Oil log details are to be recorded (Alphanumeric, 30). Data entry in this field is mandatory, if the reference document type is “Others”. Ensure that the value entered here is a valid aircraft in status other than “Frozen” as defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

Help facility available.

Uplift Date & Time

The date and time at which the oil is uplifted in the flight before departure (Date and Time Format). Mandatory. The date entered here must be earlier than or equal to the current date and time.

By default, the system displays current date and time.

Reference Document Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the reference document for which the Fuel / Oil log report has to be recorded. Mandatory. The reference document could be “Execution Ref #” or “Others”.

The system defaults the value “Execution Ref #”, if the Fuel / Oil uplift transaction has a reference to the execution ref #. Else, the system displays the value “Others” by default.

Reference Doc. #

The number identifying the reference document (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. Ensure that the value entered here is a valid Execution Ref # in “Planned”, "In Progress", "Completed", and “Closed” status for the specified aircraft, if the reference document type is selected as “Execution Ref #”.

Help facility available.

Note: You cannot modify the value entered in the “Reference Document #”, and “Aircraft Reg #” fields, if a Fuel / Oil log number is available for the reference document.

For Offline Base operations, ensure the following:

  1. If Reference Document Type is selected as “Execution Ref #", the Aircraft Reg. # / Work center # corresponding to the specified A/C Maint. Exe. Ref. # must be offline.

  2. If Fuel / Oil Log # is available, aircraft / work center corresponding to the fuel / oil log # is offline.

The system performs the following details on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the work center to which the Execution Ref # is associated. Mandatory. The system loads this field based on the following conditions:

  • All the work centers mapped to the login user as defined in the “Create Work Center” activity of the “Work Center” business component, with execution capability as “Line Jobs", "Hangar Jobs" and “All”, if the current page is invoked from “Flight Log” or "Aircraft Maintenance Execution” business component.

  • All the work centers mapped to the login user as defined in the “Work Center” business component, if the calling component is not available.

  • For offline base operations, the system lists all the offline work centers satisfying the conditions mentioned above.

The system defaults this field based on the following conditions:

  • If the reference document type is selected as “Execution Ref # ” and an execution reference number  is entered in the “Reference Doc #” field, and if the fuel / oil log # is not available, then the system defaults this field with the work center defined in the reference document.

  • For the Fuel / Oil log # available, if the reference document type is selected as “Execution Ref # ” and if an execution reference number is available in the “Reference Doc. #” field, the system defaults the work center which is saved for the fuel / oil transaction.

  • The system leaves this field blank by default, if the “Fuel / Oil Log #” and the “Reference Doc. #” are not available.

The system displays the following:

Execution Station

The execution station that is mapped to the Work Center.

Reference Time Zone

The time zone that is mapped for the Execution Station.

Note: For the fuel oil log number available in the header, If the reference document is an Execution Ref # and if the Execution Ref # has reference to the journey log, then the system retrieves the flight and leg # associated to the Execution Rref # on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton.

Flight & Leg #

The flight number of the aircraft for which the fuel /oil uplift details are to be recorded (Alphanumeric, 30).

Enter the number identifying the leg of the flight for which the Fuel / Oil uplift details are to be recorded in the box provided alongside (Integer).

Help facility available.

Log #

The number identifying log leaf, which contains the details of the Execution Ref # (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the value entered here is a valid log leaf for the specified aircraft registration number and the Execution Ref #.
