Value List

This page can be used to specify the range and the list of values for each parameter defined in the ‘Define Rule‘ page.
Select the “Value List” link at the bottom of the “Define Rule” page.
The "Value List" page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Component Name |
The name of the component for which notification messages need to be defined. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity for which notification messages need to be defined. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task for which notification messages need to be defined. |
|
State Name |
The name of the state for which notification messages need to be defined. |
|
State Description |
A description of the state. |
|
Message ID |
The ID of the message that is mapped to the workflow step. |
|
Message Description |
A description of the message. |
|
Resource Rule ID |
The ID of the resource rule. |
|
Resource Rule Description |
The description of the resource rule. |
|
Parameter Description |
The description of the parameter. |
Enter the list of values for the parameter in the following field in the multiline:

Parameter Value |
The possible static values, which the parameter can accept (Alphanumeric, 256). |
Note: The values given here will be taken in the value list in the ‘Define Rule’ page. The rule can be formed by selecting ‘IN’ or ‘NOT IN’ in the relational operator column against this value list.
Click the ‘Save’ pushbutton to save the list of values for the selected parameter.
In this page you can specify the list of values for the parameter specified in the "Define Rule" page.
