User Identification - Rule Based Path

This page can be used to specify users for a resource rule.

Select the ‘User Identification – Rule-based’ link at the bottom of the ‘Enable Notification Messages’ page.

The ‘User Identification – Rule Based Path’ page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Component Name	The name of the component for which notification messages need to be defined.
Activity Name	The name of the activity for which notification messages need to be defined.
Task Name	The name of the task for which notification messages need to be defined.
State Name	The name of the state for which notification messages need to be defined.
State Description	A description of the state.
Message ID	The ID of the message that is mapped to the workflow step.
Message Description	A description of the message.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Resource Rule ID	The system displays all the resource rule IDs defined to the workflow steps and message ID combination.
Resource Rule Description	A description of the resource rule.

Note: The defined resource rule ID can be modified or a new resource rule ID can be created using the "Define Rule" link.

To Proceed

Select the “Define Rule” link at the bottom of the page to modify or define a resource rule.
Select the "Specify Users" link at the bottom of the page to specify users.

What you can do in this page

You can select the resource rule and users can also be specified for it. Resource rule can be edited using the ‘Define rule’ page if the resource rule is already defined.
