User Identification - Direct Resource Path
This page can be used to specify the users to whom the message is to be sent.
Select the ‘User Identification – Direct’ link at the bottom of the ‘Enable Notification Messages’ page.
The ‘User Identification – Direct Resource Path’ page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Component Name |
The name of the component for which notification messages need to be defined. |
Activity Name |
The name of the activity for which notification messages need to be defined. |
Task Name |
The name of the task for which notification messages need to be defined. |
State Name |
The name of the state for which notification messages need to be defined. |
State Description |
A description of the state. |
Message ID |
The ID of the message that is mapped to the workflow step. |
Message Description |
A description of the message. |
Enter the following in the multiline:
Profile Name |
The name of the profile (Alphanumeric, 30). Click on the lens icon near ‘Profile Name’ to launch the ‘Help on Profile’ page. Profile name can be selected from this page. |
Org. Unit Description |
Use the drop-down list box to select the description of the user’s organization unit. |
User Name |
The name of the user (Alphanumeric, 30). Click on the lens icon near ‘User name‘ to launch ‘Help on user‘ page. The user name can be selected from this page. |
Click the ‘Save’ pushbutton to save the details.
Click the ‘Delete’ pushbutton to delete the details.
You can mention the users and their org. units. The profile name can also be given for the org. unit (‘Profile name‘ must already have been defined in the ‘Maintain profile‘ activity).
