Help on Message Definition
This page can be used for selecting a predefined message.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the 'Message ID' field on the main page.
The ‘Help On Message Definition’ page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Component Name |
The name of the component. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task. |
Enter the following details to search for a message. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

Message ID |
The ID of the predefined message (Alphanumeric, 5). |

Message Description |
A description of the message (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Notification Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of notification of the message. |
Click the 'Search' pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Message ID |
The ID of the predefined message. |

Message Description |
A description of the message. |
|
Notification Type |
The notification type of the message. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the message.
Click the ‘OK’ pushbutton.
